    • regular customer and supplier audits (system audits, process audits and product audits)
    • regular checks with reference to the inner bearing certifications (performed by an accredited institute in accordance with EN 14764:2005 and EN 14766:2005)

Our site also makes a contribution to qualitative production. Ennepetal is located at the edge of the Ruhrgebiet – one of the most densely industrialised regions in Europe. The mix of industrial heritage, hi-tech companies, research facilities and educational establishments makes this region one of Europe’s important technology centres. It is particularly our well trained staff that benefit from this. Their knowledge is constantly expanded and kept up to date as a result of further education and training.

The result: Technical and administrative processes are neatly structured, documented and implemented. The ‘Quality of the processes’ = ‘Quality of the product’ equation bears fruit at Thun; especially in our own SIGMA test laboratory, the heart of the statistically monitored QS system.
