Production technology

Our production capacity allows 210 parts to be produced a minute. This is capacity which is sufficient enough for us to act globally.

It is our aim, to achieve zero errors in all processes. This is documented and audited by TÜV Nord. The Cpk value of >1.33 (35 DPMO*) represents our high level of process capability and something which is continuously increased. At the same time, a documented audit is carried out at each workstation using SINIC® technology as well as through interfaces to our ERP system (BDE, PPS). Using RFID** we can trace each of our production stages – from material to the customer.
